Candidates will conduct complex laboratory analyses, ensure data quality, develop methods, troubleshoot instrumentation, and support client-sponsored research, with emphasis on safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life science or closely related field with two years industrial or commercial lab experience.
• AAS with four years of industrial or commercial lab experience.
• Master's degree in life science or closely related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced scientific, analytical, and technical expertise in support of NCERC's research, pilot plant operations, and commercial analytical services programs.
• Conduct complex laboratory analyses, ensure data quality and integrity, interpret experimental results, develop and validate analytical methods, troubleshoot sophisticated instrumentation, and support client-sponsored research.
• Serve as a technical resource to researchers, engineers, clients, and laboratory personnel by providing scientific leadership and maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Contribute to NCERC's reputation as a leading biofuels research and commercialization center through accurate data generation and method development.
