• Monitor and control plant operations to follow the established operations plan and identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain production logs daily/weekly/monthly and communicate essential items to management.
• Interact with QC laboratory and participate in quality assurance/quality control programs.
• Communicate with other departments to support efficient plant operation.
• Abide by safety, health, environmental and food/feed safety policies at all times.
