Wolverine Trading, LLC seeks an ETF Trading Support Analyst in Chicago to join the Trading department. You will work with the ETF market‑making desk and tech teams to configure and validate trading logic across the lifecycle, building practical tools to enhance team productivity.

Qualifications

• Experience with SQL and relational data.
• Ability to analyze data and draw clear conclusions.
• Proficiency in Python or another OO language to build lightweight tooling.
• Exposure to automation tools like Airflow or comparable open-source solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical colleagues.
• Willingness to ask questions, learn quickly, and take ownership.
• Comfort in a fast-moving trading environment with evolving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Learn and normalize trading business logic, including rules, configurations, and controls.
• Analyze production trading behavior using market data and execution data to measure and improve strategy quality.
• Develop repeatable analyses to identify configuration issues, data quality problems, implementation defects, and missed opportunities.
• Automate data quality checks, configuration validation, and strategy health monitoring; assist in testing and deployments.
