Susquehanna International Group, LLP’s ETF Sales & Trading Co-op supports the order handling team with daily workflows, from quote entry to post-trade processes and data analysis. The role offers exposure to how the desk collaborates with traders, customers, and operations associates.

As a Co-op, you will work with Excel, Access, VBA, and SQL while developing your technical and analytical skills in a fast-paced financial environment.

Formación

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Access.
• Prior experience with VBA and SQL is a plus.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written); ability to interact with all levels and external vendors.
• Detail oriented; able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be a self-starter, quick learner, and resourceful in solving problems.
• Previous experience in financial services or finance- or investment-related coursework is a plus.
• Probability and Statistics background is a plus.
• Visa sponsorship for work authorization is not available for this position.

Responsabilidades

• Enter ETF quotes (hits and misses) into the quote tracking database.
• Monitor customer-based trading activity throughout the day.
• Analyze data to ensure accuracy of information.
• Leverage technical skills to improve existing processes and tools.
