Susquehanna International Group, LLP is seeking a Compliance Co-op to collaborate with Trading Compliance and Surveillance teams. The role offers exposure to U.S. and international regulations and a range of financial products including equities and fixed income.

You will analyze trade activity, research regulatory matters, and assist with information requests while leveraging Excel, VBA, SQL, and Python to streamline processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
• Experience with VBA, SQL, Python, or other data-analysis and automation tools is preferred.
• Visa sponsorship for work authorization is not available for this position now or in the future

Responsabilités

• Work alongside Trading Compliance and Surveillance teams to build a foundational understanding of market structures, trading activities, and applicable regulations.
• Analyze trade activity to support surveillance of a range of financial products.
• Research current and emerging regulatory and compliance matters to support analysis of trading activities and new business initiatives.
• Assist with regulatory inquiries and requests for information by gathering relevant data and documentation.
• Use tools such as Excel, Python, VBA, and SQL to streamline department processes and support automation initiatives.
