Susquehanna International Group, LLP invites motivated students to join the Trade Operations Co-op program in Bala Cynwyd. You will work both independently and with teams to support blottering, settlement and P&L tasks across trading desks, gaining exposure to financial markets and risk controls.

Ideal candidates will have strong Excel/Access skills, familiarity with Python/SQL/VBA, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Experience with financial services or coursework related to finance is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel and Access for data handling and reporting.
• Familiarity with Python, VBA, and SQL is beneficial for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Assist in trade blottering, settlement, and P&L calculations for trading desks.
• Collaborate with teams in trading, operations, or financial services to support projects.
• Interact with senior staff and learn Susquehanna's decision-making processes.
