Job summary

Columbia Threadneedle Investments seeks a Marketing Manager for Exchange Traded Funds to drive awareness and growth of our ETF product line, partnering with marketing, sales, product, investments and compliance.

The ideal candidate is a proactive, cross-functional leader with strong messaging, project management and written communication skills who can translate complex ETF concepts into effective campaigns. In-office collaboration is expected with hybrid flexibility.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of financial services marketing experience, including ETFs to financial advisors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to translate complex ETF concepts into clear, actionable campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Create compelling marketing messaging for our ETF lineup targeting financial advisors and other audiences.
• Maintain and update marketing collateral across the lifecycle in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Establish metrics, analyze results, and inform improvements to campaigns.
• Design and execute integrated marketing programs for ETF capabilities with internal/external partners.
