Job summary

Global X ETFs seeks a PM Associate to join the Quantitative & Fixed Income Investment team. You will collaborate with traders and PMs to manage a suite of ETFs across equities, fixed income, and derivatives, while building analytics and automation.

You will monitor intraday priorities, prepare trade recommendations, and elevate any issues promptly, leveraging Excel, Python, SQL, and AI-enabled tools. Hybrid work flexibility is available.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of professional experience in a time-sensitive investment, trading, or operational environment.
• Bachelor’s degree required; CFA charterholder or progress toward CFA designation a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills and working proficiency with Python or SQL.
• Experience with Bloomberg and OMS/EMS platforms (AIM, EMSX, Aladdin, Charles River) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor positions, cash, fund flows, exposures, performance, and events during trading hours.
• Prepare trade recommendations across equities, fixed income, and derivatives.
• Investigate portfolio and operational exceptions and escalate issues promptly.
• Build and maintain reporting, analytics, and automation via Excel, Python, SQL, and AI tools.
• Support new product and fund enhancements with implementation and governance considerations.
