Job summary

Northern Trust is seeking an ETF Operations Product Analyst to support North American ETF servicing across the primary market lifecycle, including creation/redemption order support, basket production and dissemination, and settlement-related activities.

You will partner with operations, oversight, and technology teams to ensure accurate execution, maintain controls, and drive ongoing process improvements in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of ETF operations or servicing experience.
• Experience with transfer agency, order support, basket operations, or related functions.
• Knowledge of ETF products and primary market workflows.
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external teams and manage high-volume work.
• Strong Excel and systems skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ETF servicing across the primary market lifecycle: creation/redemption, baskets, and settlement support.
• Monitor workflow milestones, investigate exceptions, and coordinate resolutions.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to manage inquiries and timely execution.
• Produce and reconcile ETF data to support reporting and controls.
• Maintain procedures and operating guides to keep docs current.
• Execute ETF controls within the control framework.
• Define business requirements with tech and operations; support testing and enhancements.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying root causes and measuring service quality.
