Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Boston is seeking an ETF Operations Analyst within the Fund Servicing team to support the Basket Operations function.

You will maintain relationships with clients and Authorized Participants, support ETF record keeping, and help manage collateral and settlement activities. In this role you will collaborate with technology and control teams to scale processes, handle KPI reporting, and ensure regulatory compliance while contributing to the growth of ETF services offered to

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of industry experience.

  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with clients and counterparties.

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for the daily management of a client's trading activity including reviewing reconciliation breaks on Shares and Valuation and related client queries.
  • Be responsible for ETF order inquiries and resolutions; ensure timely, accurate responses to Aps and issuers.
  • Maintain a daily settlements Dashboard with the status of all open and settling orders; track KPIs for ageing breaks.
  • Facilitate collateral management: validation, processing, and release of ETF order cash in line with control standards.
  • Return collateral following subsequent settlements in accordance with policy and client agreements.
  • Manage AP communications for incoming/outgoing wires; initiate and monitor wire requests for collateral, cash components, and order fees.
  • Produce and distribute collateral reporting to Aps and ETF issuers; maintain transparency on requirements, movements, and balances.
  • Reconcile accurately and efficiently against all core controls and procedures for all relevant ETF and TA deliveries.
  • Partner with technology and change teams to scale processes, enhance resiliency, and automate manual touchpoints.
  • Participate in industry working groups, initiatives and current events related to ETF, as well as discussions with Fund Sponsors looking to launch new ETF products.
  • Uphold regulatory and control standards and provide monthly KPI reporting to clients and senior management.

As an ETF Operations Analyst within the Fund Servicing team, you will be supporting our Basket Operations Team that is responsible for the ETF Servicing offering at JP Morgan.   • Developing experience using AI-powered analytics, workflow automation, or intelligent process tools to drive efficiency gains, reduce manual effort, or improve accuracy in operational processes.
