Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in New York is seeking an ETF Product Specialist – Associate to help drive JPMAM’s ETF lineup through development of new strategies and maintaining existing products.

You will translate complex data into presentations, partner with internal teams, and contribute to the growth of the ETF platform across asset classes.

This role requires 3–5+ years in finance, strong Excel/PowerPoint, and familiarity with market research tools to support decision making.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of financial services experience, with knowledge of markets and products.
• 2+ years in product research and development; ability to assess data and form conclusions.
• Bachelor’s degree; Finance/Economics or CFA/CAIA/FRM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed research and analysis of Asset Management and ETF market trends.
• Translate data into compelling presentations for robust product proposals.
• Collaborate across internal groups to build and maintain the ETF strategy and product range.
• Stay abreast of ETF trends, market environment and investment research.
• Project manage complex ETF initiatives and drive them to deadlines.
• Develop and socialize new product enhancements and ideas for the ETF lineup.
