Dimensional is seeking an in-house counsel to support day-to-day legal needs for the global investments function focused on ETFs. You will advise on U.S.

and international securities laws, coordinate with the portfolio management group, and oversee interactions with outside counsel to ensure compliance and efficient service delivery. The role reports to the Deputy General Counsel and Vice President, with a hybrid work model and broad exposure to fund governance, board materials, and regulatory

Formación

• 4-10 years of practice in a top-tier law firm or in-house with ETF/fund or securities regulation focus.
• Knowledge of ETF structure, portfolio management, and federal securities laws (Investment Company Act 1940 / Advisers Act 1940).
• US state bar membership required; detail oriented and professional.

Responsabilidades

• Support offering and operation of proprietary ETFs and related agreements.
• Advise on U.S. and international securities laws and compliance matters for the investments function.
• Review fund-related policies, 38a-1 and 206(4)-7 compliance programs.
• Prepare memoranda, agendas, and meeting materials for internal and board meetings.
• Coordinate with outside counsel to manage matters and costs.
