Job summary

Tidal Financial Group is seeking a Trading Associate to support the implementation and day-to-day management of multiple ETF portfolios, with a particular emphasis on fixed income trading, cash positioning, and collateral management.

The ETF Portfolio Management team provides portfolio management and execution services for ETF issuers across active and index-based strategies covering major global asset classes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of institutional trading experience, including fixed income trading.
• Experience with Bloomberg or similar institutional platforms.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist traders with executing fixed income and equity transactions, focusing on fixed income.
• Support trade execution using Bloomberg and OMS for portfolio oversight.
• Help with portfolio rebalances, fund launches, and in-kind baskets over time.
• Coordinate with prime brokers, custodians, and counterparties to improve efficiency.
• Monitor market trends and portfolio performance relative to objectives.
• Perform daily trading operations including allocation, settlement, and reconciliation.
