Job summary

The Tidal Financial Group is seeking a highly skilled Trading Associate to support the implementation and day-to-day management of multiple ETF portfolios, with emphasis on fixed income trading, cash positioning, and collateral management.

The role covers the full trade lifecycle—from execution support and settlement to reconciliation and collateral monitoring—working with Bloomberg and other institutional platforms to optimize fund performance and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in institutional trading, portfolio ops, treasury, or cash mgmt.
• Fixed income trading experience required.
• Proficiency with Bloomberg or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of markets, trade settlement, reconciliation and collateral processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist traders with executing and managing fixed income and equity transactions, especially fixed income.
• Use Bloomberg and OMS to support trade execution and portfolio oversight.
• Support portfolio rebalances, new fund launches, and in-kind baskets with potential to manage over time.
• Coordinate with prime brokers, custodians, and market makers to ensure best execution.
• Monitor market trends, portfolio positioning, and performance relative to fund objectives.
