Job summary

State Street Corporation seeks an Associate II in Basket Operations to support daily ETF basket production, validation, and release with attention to cash components and adjustments. You will partner with ETF Leads, Trading, Pricing, Settlements, and Technology to mitigate risk and ensure timely client outcomes.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 2–4 years of operations experience, and strong Excel proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 2–4 years of operations experience within asset management, custody, fund accounting, or ETF servicing is a plus.
• Working knowledge of ETF primary market operations, basket mechanics, and corporate actions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Produce, review, and validate daily ETF baskets, including cash components and adjustments, prior to release.
• Execute and evidence control checks and escalate exceptions in a timely manner.
• Process corporate actions and cash in lieu adjustments, ensuring standing instructions are applied.
• Maintain documentation and evidence to support audits and management review.
