Job summary

MISTRAS Group in the United States is hiring for an ETCH process trainee to join the team on an hourly wage. This role supports Class 1–3 processors, completes training, and performs basic etching and related quality checks under supervision.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow instructions.
• Must be detail oriented, have integrity, good work habits, and a willingness to learn new skills.
• Must pass Mistras Etch Qualification/Certification Examinations.

Responsibilities

• Support etch department operations under supervision, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and customer specs.
• Assist in pre-cleaning, etch, passivation, and passivation testing methods.
• Participate in daily system checks and uphold safety practices.
• Assist with training and onboarding of trainee personnel and ensure proper documentation.
• Conduct basic process checks and ensure accurate recording of results.
