Job summary

American Honda Motor Company, Inc. is seeking a seasoned leader to own the plant-wide ETA management process for MAP and ELP. This role ensures the integrity of customer promise dates and coordinates cross‑functional activities to improve ETA accuracy and reduce revisions.

The successful candidate will drive continuous improvements, train teams on the ETA system, and oversee hold visibility and recovery performance while communicating updates to sales and plant leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations, or equivalent experience.
• Lean/PDCA discipline; visual management; problem‑solving (A3, Pareto).
• Fluency with Manufacturing Systems (Line control, quality) and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ETA governance cadence (daily/weekly) across MAP and ELP.
• Partner with American Honda to manage critical ship dates of all units produced at MAP and ELP daily.
• Serve as the decision authority for ETA promise protection and document rationale in the ETA Management System.
