Job summary

Intogreat Solutions is seeking a cost estimator/quantity surveyor to prepare accurate estimates, review purchase orders, and manage multiple tenders and budgets. You’ll collaborate with construction and drafting teams to secure competitive pricing and maintain project margins.

The role involves coordinating with global teams in Australia and the Philippines, handling tender workflows, and ensuring cost controls across all projects.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as quantity surveyor/estimator in construction
• Engineering/architecture related degree
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
• Adobe Acrobat DC Pro proficiency

Responsibilities

• Conduct estimations and purchase order checks for all projects and ensure the best possible price.

About the role

Responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, reviewing purchase orders, and managing multiple project tenders and budgets. Works closely with construction and drafting teams to secure competitive pricing, control costs, and maintain project budget margins.

Job Responsibilities

• Conducting estimations and purchase order checks for all projects internal and external and ensure the best possible price for both scenarios.


• Work closely with our construction team in Australia and drafter in Philippines.


• Managing multiple tenders/budgets at any one time with the aim of producing the best price while maintaining budget margins.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as quantity surveyor/estimator in construction


• Degree in engineering, architecture or related courses


• Proficiency in Microsoft excel


• Proficiency in AutoCAD software


• Ability to work with Microsoft excel spreadsheets/formulas and full office suite


• Proficient with Adobe Acrobat dc pro
