Strong numerical skills and attention to detail are essential for success. The role requires a bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering, 3-5 years of related experience, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering and 3-5 years of related experience.
• Estimating experience or exposure to the utility industry.
• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
• Solid Microsoft Office experience with advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Willingness to travel 25% of the time.
