Job description

Duties and Responsibilities

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Completes site inspections on all project assignments as well as gathers and inputs data compiled during field inspections in order to prepare accurate, timely estimates.
Negotiates directly with insurance representatives and third- party administrators.
Works directly with property owner to address and resolve time sensitive property damage claims.
Shows compassion with property owners and project payees when dealing with their loss.
Maintains accurate logging of all relevant communication pertaining to each job file and ensures compliance with all third-party provider performance standards.
Demonstrates the ability to be detail oriented and the ability to manage a large amount of information with multiple, time sensitive tasks.
Demonstrates proficiencies in the knowledge of general construction and property damage restoration means and methods.
Takes instruction from assigned manager and communicates with them on a regular basis.
Performs other tasks as assigned.
