• Perform quantity takeoffs for sewer, water mains, and structures.
• Develop pricing for labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
• Assemble and submit complete bid packages with supporting docs.
• Coordinate bidding process with project teams and stakeholders.
• Track bid outcomes and conduct post-bid analysis.
