Job summary

Visu-Sewer, LLC. seeks an experienced Estimator/Project Manager to deliver accurate bids for sewer and water projects. You will analyze plans, perform quantity takeoffs, and develop pricing for labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.

You will assemble complete bid packages and identify value engineering opportunities to stay competitive. In this role you will collaborate with project managers, field leadership, and vendors, while managing budgets, schedules, and risk throughout the bid

Qualifications

• Experience with underground utilities, civil construction, or related field.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, civil drawings, GIS data, and survey information.
• Proficiency with estimating software (HeavyBid, B2W, Agtek or similar).
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Analyze plans, specs, and site conditions to prepare cost estimates.
• Develop pricing for labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
• Assemble and submit complete bid packages with supporting docs.
• Manage project budgets, cost controls, and change orders.
• Coordinate permitting, vendor quotes, and RFIs; track bid outcomes.
