GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
The Estimator/Project Manager Trainee will be involved in every step of the asphalt construction process including but not limited to, reviewing job blueprints, estimating and bidding work, management of ongoing projects, scheduling crews, and submitting applications for payment. The Project Manager Trainee will receive on-the-job training every step of the way from highly qualified Adams employees and will be responsible for learning all aspects of our asphalt construction business. Approximately 50% of the work involved with this position will be completed in the field and the other 50% will be completed in the office.
