Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services seeks a Project Estimator / Project Manager for a growing Denver-area commercial roofing company. You will estimate, bid, and manage roofing projects from pre-construction through completion, building strong client, subcontractor, and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities include analyzing plans and specs, preparing cost estimates, sourcing suppliers, submitting bids, tracking costs, and ensuring on-budget, on-time, and on-spec project delivery.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical documents.

Project Estimator / Project ManagerUltimate Staffing is seeking a Project Estimator / Project Manager on behalf of a growing commercial roofing company in the Denver Metro area. This individual will be responsible for estimating, bidding, and managing roofing projects from pre-construction through completion while developing strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and industry partners.

Preferred Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Minimum of 2+ years of estimating or project management experience within roofing, construction, building envelope, or a related industry.
• Business development, client-facing, or sales experience is highly preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

• Target compensation: $105,000 - $120,000 annually
