Day-to-day responsibilities include developing project scopes, creating budgets, and producing accurate proposals for clients. The role oversees project schedules, coordinates with contractors and vendors, and monitors progress to ensure work is completed on time and within budget. The Estimator / Project Manager also communicates regularly with clients, provides updates, manages change orders, and supports quality control and compliance with safety and industry standards.
