Job summary

GDA Contractors is seeking a Restortion Estimator/Project Manager to work with senior management to meet company goals and drive project success. The role focuses on bidding, setup, startup, and contract administration across multiple projects in the construction restoration space.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management/Engineering or related field and construction management experience.

• Construction management experience required.
• Experience coordinating bids and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Approve all vendor invoices for purchases on jobs under contract.
• Coordinate customer relations and requests.
• Coordinate technically difficult installations.
• Complete Job Set-up and Start-up functions on jobs sold.
• Manage and oversee contract administration from negotiation.

The Opportunity:

As Restortion Estimator/Project Manager, you will work closely with senior management to ensure that company goals and missions are met.

• Responsible for following the Bid Schedule
• Follow bidding and selling practices established by the company.
• Set-up and Start-up phase of each project.
• Maintain Bidding Activity of a minimum of 3 jobs per week.
• Close contracts on projects bid

Project Management:

• Approve all vendor invoices of purchases for jobs under contract.

What you need to succeed:

• Must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management/Engineering or a related field
• Construction management or related industry experience required
