The role requires 3–7+ years in construction, strong masonry knowledge, and proficiency with estimating tools and CRM. Spanish language skills are a plus as you coordinate with diverse teams and ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 3-7+ years in construction, project management, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of masonry, stone veneer, stucco, or exterior systems.
• Proven ability to manage both clients and projects simultaneously.
• High computer proficiency with estimating tools, CRM, and construction software.
• Ability to read plans and perform takeoffs.
• Excellent communication—professional, responsive, and relationship-driven.
• Spanish language skills are a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, builders, and internal teams.
• Manage projects from estimate through contract, scheduling, installation, and closeout.
• Perform takeoffs, estimating, and proposal development for masonry and exterior systems.
• Drive sales and revenue growth through relationship-building and responsiveness.
• Coordinate crews, materials, and timelines for smooth project execution.
• Maintain accurate project data in CRM and project management tools.
• Identify and solve issues to protect schedule and client experience.
• Ensure work meets quality, scope, and budget expectations.
