Job summary

Ideal candidates read drawings, evaluate RFPs, track preconstruction budgets, and collaborate with trade partners and operations. Growth-minded teamwork and attention to detail are essential. This is a full-time role in Denver.

Qualifications

• 2+ years estimating experience for commercial construction general contractor.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and trade partner scopes.
• Proficiency in estimating software and reading drawings/specifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate and competitive cost estimates for commercial projects.
• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, bid proposals, and budgets.
• Collaborate with Field Operations Leaders to assess scope and risks and refine estimates.
