Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Estimator II in Fort Collins, CO. The role focuses on accurate cost estimates for commercial construction projects, leveraging MET preconstruction processes and collaborating with sales teams to pursue and win bids.

The candidate will help develop Level 1 Estimators and own projects through their lifecycle, delivering results with strong analytical rigor and client-focused communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in estimation in construction.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet resources.
• Experience with Estimation Software.
• Excellent customer service with internal/external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in the Model, Estimate and Track (MET) preconstruction process.
• Ability to assist with sales strategy and develop Level 1 Estimators.
• Own projects through lifecycle and monitor variations/profitability.
• Collaborate with business development/marketing on site visits for RFPs or estimates.
