Qualifications

• Knowledge of civil/site construction and structural systems.
• Ability to use spreadsheets and word processing.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate, thorough and timely quantity takeoffs.
• Solicit and analyze subcontractor pricing input.
• Develop unit costs accurately.
