Job summary

Williams in Belgrade, MT is seeking a Project Manager with strong commercial plumbing experience to lead ground-up construction projects and ensure successful outcomes. This role is based in the beautiful mountain town of Belgrade, Montana.

The candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, with 3–5 years of construction design, finance, and project management experience. Comprehensive benefits accompany a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is required.
• Strong knowledge of piping systems, code requirements, submittals, and project sequencing.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and project documents.
• Solid communication and leadership skills; able to work with field teams and GCs.
• Proven track record of managing budgets, schedules, and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee commercial plumbing scopes on ground-up construction projects.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, change orders, materials, and subcontractors.
• Work closely with general contractors, field leaders, and trade partners to ensure high-quality installations.
• Lead project kickoff meetings, coordinate manpower, and monitor jobsite progress.
• Maintain safety standards, documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Build strong relationships with clients and represent our company professionally on every project.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
