J&J Worldwide Services is seeking an experienced estimator/PM professional to plan, cost, and schedule service order projects. You will write proposals, design projects, obtain bids, monitor progress, and conduct interim and final inspections with a focus on compliance and cost control.

The role requires a high school diploma and about 2 years of construction estimating and project management experience, plus proficiency in estimating software and strong communication skills.

Perform walking, planning, cost estimation, and scheduling for all service order projects. This includes writing proposals, designing projects, obtaining subcontractor bids, monitoring projects, and providing interim and final inspections of all service order projects.

• Evaluates offers to purchase by site requirements, additions, and costing changes.
• Resolves cost differences by analyzing and collecting info.
• Writes up and presents budgets, reports, and project plans.
• Develops bids for construction projects.
• Works closely with architects and other professionals.
• Schedules meetings with clients, site managers, and staff.
• Navigates and understands building codes.
• Processes paperwork and travels to building sites as required.
• Monitors construction processes.
• Stays up to date with safety codes and improvements in construction.

Education, Experience And Certification

• High school diploma required
• Require 2 years of construction estimating and project management
• Prefer a certification in building codes and estimating

• Proven experience as an estimator or similar position
