Job summary

Ultipro in Annapolis, MD is seeking an experienced estimator and project manager to plan, estimate costs, and manage service order projects from proposal to final inspection. Responsibilities include preparing budgets, evaluating bids, coordinating with architects, and ensuring compliance with building codes.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least two years in construction estimating and PM, and proficiency with estimating software.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Processes paperwork and travels to building sites as required.
