• Minimum 2-year associate’s degree and two years of relevant experience.
• Some knowledge of computer skills, natural aptitude handling and analyzing numbers.
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Coordinate bid document distribution to potential subcontractors with Document Control department.
• Prepare scope, alternate & exclusions in proposals professionally for review and submission to customers.
• Perform thorough and accurate material and labor take-off using company software.
• Coordinate with vendors/subcontractors and review costs for proposals.
• Work with Project Managers during turnover and change order pricing discussions.
