Qualified candidates will have 2+ years of estimator experience in construction, mechanical estimating preferred, and a degree in a construction-related field. Procore/Bluebeam and MS Office proficiency are assets.

Spire Solutions is hiring an Estimator II – Mechanical to join our team in Des Moines, IA! The Estimator II will support the estimating team by preparing complete portions of a mechanical estimate for construction projects. This role will provide quantity surveying, pricing, bid solicitation, compile cost history, and preparing system comparisons.
