Qualifications

• Five years experience estimating construction projects.
• Experience estimating or managing specialty scopes of construction.
• Ability to read and interpret specifications and drawings for PCIs scopes of work.
• Record of maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to cost analysis and detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform quantitative takeoffs on construction projects.
• Establish labor productivities for estimates.
• Maintain vendor pricing relationships for competitive material and equipment costs.
• Solicit subcontractor pricing for non-self-performed work.
• Participate in internal bid reviews with supervisors and project teams.
• Support customer alignment objectives and positive relations.
