Job summary

Betacom is seeking an Estimator I in Texas to accurately calculate costs for telecom tower and site construction. You will prepare BOMs, SOWs, and labor/material breakdowns for installation and integration, ensuring competitive, profitable bids.

The role requires reading construction drawings, coordinating with subcontractors, and maintaining detailed records. Strong communication and a civil/telecom background are valued; travel to sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience estimating construction projects, preferably telecom/new build.
• Ability to read drawings and create BOMs/SOWs.
• Strong communication and coordination with team and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Read drawings, create BOMs and SOWs based on drawings.
• Break down labor and material costs for construction, install, and integration.
• Prepare change order estimates and bids for projects.
• Establish pricing with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive bids.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
