Viracon LLC is seeking an Estimator to join our team, handling quotation processing and pricing with the Viper system. The role includes managing a regional sales territory, interacting with customers to resolve issues, and ensuring accurate quotes aligned with Viracon's production capabilities.

The candidate should have strong attention to detail, solid communication skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3-8 years of experience as an Estimator I preferred.
• Bilingual skills preferred.
• Fully knowledgeable of Viracon's systems and processes.
• Fully knowledgeable of the estimating role.
• Excellent detail and self-organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage a sales territory within a specific regional group.
• Provide direct customer contact throughout the bidding process with minimal supervision.
• Process and manage a high volume of bid requests and update quotes as needed.
• Assist sales team during absences to cover territory responsibilities.
• Train and mentor new employees and sales team members.
• Participate in customer visits and project kick-off meetings.
• Resolve products and pricing issues prior to receiving purchase orders.
• Communicate with customer personnel and sales reps to understand the market.
