Viracon, a leader in architectural glass, seeks an Estimator to process quotations using Viper and Word, manage a regional sales territory, and collaborate with customers to finalize pricing. This role emphasizes accuracy and strong communication with sales and production teams.

The position requires interpreting architectural specs, maintaining thorough bid records, and supporting continuous improvement in our estimating process. Travel may be required, and full-time attendance is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Four-year degree preferred; experience as estimator is a plus.
• Bilingual skills preferred.
• Excellent detail and self-organization.

Aufgaben

• Manage a sales territory within a regional group.
• Provide direct customer contact during bidding with minimal supervision.
• Process and manage a high volume of bid requests.
• Update project quotes to reflect final product selection and pricing.
• Support sales team during absences and mentor new staff.
• Participate in customer visits and project kick-offs.
• Resolve product and pricing issues before PO reception.
