Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical/industrial training preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of related training, education, or experience.
• Strong math, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
• Basic understanding of HVAC concepts preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office; ability to learn new programs.

Responsibilities

• Review plans and specifications to prepare accurate quotes and estimates.
• Analyze construction processes, schedules, and technical docs to ensure project requirements are met.
• Support Outside Sales by assisting with equipment selections and value engineering.
• Enter customer and product information into company systems accurately.
• Provide pricing and product information to internal teams and customers.
• Communicate daily with internal teams and vendors; limited external contact.
• Use pricing tools to prepare bids and proposals.
• Perform administrative tasks related to project management and orders.
• Maintain professional customer service while balancing deadlines.
