Responsibilities

• Analyze labor, material, and time requirements to compute costs.
• Gather proposals, blueprints, and specifications to prepare estimates.
• Resolve discrepancies by analyzing collected information.
• Present estimates with clear numerical and descriptive data.
• Develop reports by analyzing and summarizing data and trends.
• Create budgets during conceptual, schematic, and design development phases.
• Review plans for accuracy and consistency.
• Manage take-offs and apply unit prices.
• Collaborate with the preconstruction team to bid projects successfully.
• Develop into a leadership role within the estimating team.

Candidate Profile
