Structure Tone, part of the STO Building Group, is seeking an Estimator/Financial Analyst for our Boston HQ. You will work with project managers, clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure accurate pricing and successful project delivery.

The role involves budgeting, bidding, and assisting in project awards, supporting the team through all phases of construction. This position will be office or project site based in Boston and requires collaboration across estimating, engineering,

Qualifications

• BS, BA, or relevant construction experience or finance preferred.
• Software experience such as On Screen Take Off or similar product.
• 3-5 years of experience in estimating, purchasing, and related duties.
• Requires excellent computer skills (MS Office/Excel).

Responsibilities

• Manage the estimating process on assigned projects totaling $5M - $100M per year.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for interior construction projects, including tenant fit-outs and renovations.
• Perform detailed budgets through design documents across architectural, structural, and MEPS trades.
• Review drawings/specs to identify scope, materials, and labor requirements.
• Solicit and evaluate bids from subcontractors and suppliers for competitive pricing.
