Job summary

Synectics Inc. in Anaheim, CA seeks an experienced Construction Estimator/Project Manager to lead commercial drywall and framing projects from pre-construction to completion. You will develop estimates, bids and budgets while coordinating with GC, subs, suppliers, and internal teams.

Responsibilities include schedules, takeoffs, change orders, and progress reporting. Must have strong estimating, PM skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with quality and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience with commercial drywall and framing estimating.
• Ability to review plans, specifications and construction documents.
• Strong cost estimation, budgeting and bid preparation skills.
• Project management experience and scheduling proficiency.

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, detailed bids, and project budgets

• Perform material and labor takeoffs
• Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Track project costs, progress, and schedules
• Prepare and manage change orders, proposals, and project reports
• Conduct jobsite visits and progress meetings
• Communicate regularly with clients and project stakeholders
• Identify and resolve project issues promptly
• Ensure work meets quality, safety, and contractual requirements
• Background: Commercial drywall and framing estimating and project management experience
• Candidates should be comfortable handling both estimating and project management responsibilities.
