Job summary

RK Industries is seeking an Estimator to develop accurate, competitive trade-specific estimates and to collaborate with sales, preconstruction, and field teams. The role supports the project from pursuit through handoff, with in-house fabrication enabling rapid concept-to-shop-floor transitions.

At RK, you will contribute to value engineering, scope analysis, and bid preparation for projects in a collaborative, growth-focused environment located in Denver.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience.
• College/university graduate or equivalent.
• Proficient computer and typing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide complete and accurate trade specific estimates.
• Assemble Bid Tab with estimates and vendor/sub quotes.
• Coordinate and clarify scope internally and externally.
• Identify value engineering opportunities and fill in minor design/score gaps.
• Coordinate with Preconstruction Team to identify and fill scope gaps.
• Liaison between Estimating and Field Operations.
• Follow up on past awards.
