Job summary

You will collaborate with sales, preconstruction, and field teams to analyze scope, perform takeoffs, and identify value engineering opportunities to strengthen proposals. A minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience and a college/university degree or equivalent combination is expected, with proficiency in computer and typing

• Proficient computer and typing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide complete and accurate trade specific estimates.
• Assemble Bid Tab with estimates and vendor/sub quotes.
• Coordinate and clarify scope internally and externally.
• Identify value engineering opportunities and fill in minor design/score gaps.
• File electronic documents.
• Participate in turnover process to Operations.
• Liaison between Estimating and Field Operations.
