Qualifications

• Experience as an Estimator within commercial construction or general contracting.
• Exposure to projects such as multifamily, office, retail, industrial, or institutional buildings.
• Strong understanding of estimating processes, cost control, and procurement.
• Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Estimator

As the Estimator, you will report to senior preconstruction leadership and play a critical role in supporting business development and project delivery.

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial construction and property service projects
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and scopes of work to determine accurate pricing
• Solicit, evaluate, and level subcontractor and supplier bids
• Develop take-offs across multiple trades including sitework, concrete, asphalt, and building envelope
• Collaborate with project managers to transition awarded work into execution
• Identify cost risks, value-engineering opportunities, and scope gaps
• Support pricing strategies for negotiated and competitive bid work
