Job summary

MPI is seeking a Construction Senior Estimator to work on commercial projects including schools, hospitals, high-end retail, restaurants and hotels in New York City. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of estimating experience and will handle estimating/bidding and scheduling for interiors and ground-up work, in-office in NYC.

The role is with a long-standing NYC GC with 20+ years in the market, family-owned, focused on employees, and offering benefits and growth opportunities.

• Scheduling and coordinating project timelines.
• On-screen take-off familiarity for estimating.
• Five to seven years minimum in estimating for commercial projects.
