Milestone Contractors LP is seeking an Estimator in Indiana to assist in generating estimates and pursuing new business opportunities in assigned markets. The role supports quotes, cost factor calculations, and supplier outreach while ensuring data accuracy and strong customer service.

Ideal candidates have a construction-related bachelor's degree and 1–3 years of experience in asphalt paving or bridge construction, with a valid driver's license; PE license is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction-related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in asphalt paving/bridge construction or related industry.
• PE license preferred; valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Assists with quotes generation.
• Prepares and submits shop/structural drawings.
• Computes various cost factors and reviews data for material and labor needs.
• Maintains information accuracy and communicates with customers.
• Solicits suppliers and subcontractors and develops business relationships.
• Performs day-to-day estimating tasks and generates quantity take-offs.
• Prepares purchase orders and subcontractor agreements and maintains safety.
