Job summary

Performance Contracting Group is seeking an experienced Estimator for its Exton/Philadelphia, PA operations. You will estimate PCI scopes of work, perform takeoffs, solicit subcontractor pricing, and support bid reviews with project teams.

Responsibilities include maintaining vendor relations, ensuring accurate schedules, and handing off projects to Operations. A 2+ year estimating background and proficiency with On-Screen Takeoff, Quick Bid, and Procore are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience estimating construction projects.
• Experience estimating or managing specialty scopes of construction.
• Ability to read specifications and drawings for PCI’s scopes of work.
• Proven ability to establish and maintain customer relationships.
• Excellent communication and cost analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform quantitative takeoffs on construction projects.
• Solicit subcontractor pricing and maintain vendor relationships.
• Understand market conditions to establish margins.
• Participate in internal bid reviews with teams.
• Handoff secured projects to Operations and assist with change orders.
