Job summary

CRH Americas Building Products in Hancock, MN is seeking an experienced Estimator to handle multiple project estimates and support the sales team. You will coordinate with engineering, vendors, and production staff to ensure costs are accurate and designs are met.

Qualifications

• Estimating/PM experience in construction or precast is preferred.
• Manage several bids/projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Associates Degree or Civil Engineering experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Estimate multiple projects concurrently and provide proposals to sales before bid date.
• Request pricing from vendors and review quotes to meet designs/specifications.
• Review proposals with sales to ensure scope, timing and requirements.
• Lead turnover meetings with the sales team and ensure paperwork is complete.
• Assist with change orders and monitor project progress to remove obstacles.
• Support inside sales, production reporting, and invoicing as needed.
